Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 7–14 business days before shipment.
Due to high demand and international logistics, delivery times may vary and can take several weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
All delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Order Modifications & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or canceled only while they are being processed and before a tracking number has been assigned.
Once a tracking number has been assigned, the order enters the fulfillment stage and can no longer be modified or refunded, regardless of its shipping or transit status.
No Refund After Tracking Number Assignment
We do not offer refunds once a tracking number has been assigned to an order.
The assignment of a tracking number indicates that fulfillment has begun.
This policy applies regardless of:

preparation time,

transit time,
-
carrier-related delays,

customs delays,
-
high-demand fulfillment delays.
As long as a tracking number has been assigned and the order is progressing through fulfillment or transit, it is considered fulfilled.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier after a reasonable investigation period, we may offer :

a replacement, or

a store credit,
at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
